To join the platform, you’ll need to complete our sign-up process, create a profile, and provide a valid, clear DBS check. Once your application is reviewed, you’ll take part in a video call with our team so we can get to know you, discuss your experience, and explain how wedding and event bookings work.

Yes. Creating a profile and joining the platform is completely free. You can set your own hourly rate and accept bookings with no upfront costs.
For babysitters on a free profile, a 15% platform fee is deducted from each completed booking.
Babysitters can also choose to upgrade to a £5.99 monthly subscription or save with a 3 month upfront subscription for £15.99. With these two options, you keep 100% of your booking earnings based on your chosen hourly rate. No. While childcare qualifications and professional experience are welcomed, they are not required. We recognise that valuable experience can come from caring for siblings, family members, grandchildren, or through informal childcare roles.
What’s most important to us is that you are responsible, reliable, enjoy caring for children, and are comfortable working in sociable wedding and event environments.
Bookings are primarily for weddings and events, including parties, funerals and festivals. This may include caring for children on-site at venues, in designated childcare areas, hotel rooms, or family accommodation.
Booking details will always include information about the children, ages, routines, timings, and expectations so you can decide whether a booking is right for you.
Parents submit a booking request with details about the children, event date, location, and care requirements. Our platform matches babysitters based on availability, experience, location, and appropriate legal childcare ratios.
Babysitters will only be matched to bookings if their availability calendar is kept up to date within their dashboard. Keeping your calendar accurate is essential — if your availability isn’t updated, you may not be matched to suitable bookings and could miss out on work.
For larger or more complex bookings, matches may be reviewed manually by our team to ensure babysitters are supported and children are cared for safely.
If a parent needs to cancel a booking, you’ll be notified as soon as possible. Cancellation terms and any applicable payments are clearly outlined in our Booking Terms and Conditions.

Yes. You are fully in control of your availability and can set your own hourly rate.
Your availability calendar must be kept up to date in your dashboard, as you will only be matched to bookings when your availability is accurate. If your calendar isn’t updated, you may miss out on suitable booking opportunities.
You can set your availability as far in advance as you like. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that any changes to your availability are reflected in your calendar as soon as possible.
Your hourly rate can vary depending on your experience, location, and the type of booking. You’ll always be able to review full booking details, including hours and expectations, before deciding whether to accept a match. Babysitters must respond within 24 hours of being notified of a booking request
All payments are handled securely through the platform. Parents pay a deposit when booking, with the remaining balance paid before the event.
Babysitters are paid after the booking is completed, in line with the payment schedule outlined in our Payments section and Booking Terms and Conditions.
Yes. All babysitters complete an onboarding process, and those who choose a premium membership gain access to regular updated training, guidance, and additional support to help them feel confident in wedding and event settings.
